123PR does not allow the following content

Legal Matters:

Criminal matters or legal actions with complaint number, the court of record or case number. Law firms promoting their practice, new hires, milestones are acceptable.

Advertise:

We do not accept stories written like blatant advertising like "Black Friday Sale 50% Off! Buy Now!!!" If the main document's purpose is to sell, ensure it is written with a worthy news angle like "Company ABC Announces its The Black Friday Sale with 30% Savings". That is acceptable.

Adult/Explicit Content:

123PR doesn't accept sexually explicit products or materials. Releases should be free from references or links to profane language, illegal or sexual material. All the 18 years or older websites are considered as explicit such as pornography, adult dating, onlyfans, etc.

Gambling:

123PR doesn't publish releases that promote or link to fantasy sports or online gambling.

e-liquid/ Vapor:

123PR doesn't publish releases that promote or link to e-liquid, e-cigarette, or vapor.

Kratom:

123PR doesn't publish releases that promote or link to kratom, psychedelics or illegal substances.

Loan:

123PR doesn't publish PR's that market to short term or unsecured loan services or link to payday.

Pharmaceuticals:

123PR doesn't accept PR from online pharmaceuticals or websites that sell drugs or prescriptions unless the PR or websites state a doctor's prescription is required to buy or accredited.

Weight Loss Products:

We don't allow any potentially hazardous or unsafe weight loss products or ingredients.

Sexual Enhancement Products:

123PR doesn't permit press releases that encourage sexual enhancement products.

Stock/Crypto:

123PR doesn’t accept press releases that recommends, speculates or makes price predictions. Stories on crypto and blockchain products and services are acceptable.

Politics:

Political rhetoric will not be allowed. Content should not promote/condemn an opinion or attack another political party.

Intent To Harm/Negative Press:

123PR restricts content intended to harm or defame a person or group. 123PR doesn't distribute content criticizing any person, website, product or brand.

Opinion/Open Letters:

Opinion pieces and open letters will not be allowed. They generally lack attribution and news value.

Reprints:

Feature or news stories, editorials, opinion columns, articles, or images from other publications or sites, if they are copyrighted are not press releases.

Acceptable Content With Restrictions:

One of the news partners imposes restrictions on certain types of content. This means your story will not be published under their platform which will affect your link count in your Distribution Report.

Cannabis:

Marijuana, THC or derivatives, recreational, dispensary or research based content (ie Delta-8, Delta-9). Hemp, CBD, cannabinoid, cannabidiol is acceptable.

Religion:

No content that promotes/condemns religion. Religious content about book releases is acceptable but cannot appear as dogma.

Weapons:

Weapons/Guns. Only market reports are allowed. No graphic hunting details around various hunting equipment. While hunting equipment is allowed as long as it’s not a weapon.

Cosmetic Surgery:

No content promoting body modification like liposuction, botox, breast augmentation and hair transplants.

Most of the news sites we publish on are US news sites that are accessible worldwide.

Our distribution is primarily in the United States and we target only English speaking outlets. However, you will see a small percentage of International media points in your Distribution Report.

Unfortunately, we are unable to target a press release to a specific geographic area. Our distribution partners are focused on reaching a broad US market, ensuring maximum exposure nationwide for your news.

Your press release will be distributed at 3:00 AM US Eastern Time (12:00 AM Pacific Time) on the scheduled distribution date. If you opt for a plan with immediate distribution, your story can be released within 4 hours between 8 AM to 4 PM Pacific Time.

No. While you can schedule the date of distribution, you are not able to select a specific time for distribution. Press releases are normally scheduled at 3:00 AM US Eastern Time (12:00 AM Pacific Time). If you opt for a plan with immediate distribution, your story can be released within 4 hours between 8 AM to 4 PM Pacific Time.

Once you have submitted your press release for distribution, changes can only be made prior to the deadline of 8:00 PM US Eastern Time (5:00 PM Pacific) the day before it is scheduled to be distributed. After this time, no further modifications can be accommodated. It is important to review and finalize your press release before the deadline to ensure accurate and timely distribution.

Once your press release is published, it is difficult to make changes to the story on news sites. However, if you require the story to be retracted, there is a process in place. The cost to retract a story is $150 USD and the process can take up to one week to complete. Please note that we cannot guarantee 100% removal of the story from all platforms.

News sites generally maintain the visibility of a story for a period of 6 to 12 months, as per industry standards across various platforms.

There are no word count limitations for all pricing plans except for the PR Basic plan, which has a maximum word limit of 1000 words.

The number of links allowed in your press release is dependent on the selected pricing plan, with options for either 5 or 10 links.

The backlinks on the 123PR website are dofollow. However many news outlets and publishing partners use nofollow backlinks which we have no control over.

We do get lots of clients who initially are concerned about nofollow backlinks. But after seeing how these backlinks still positively affect their search position, they are usually happy to continue ordering monthly.

To add an image to your press release, simply locate your story in 'My Releases' and click on 'Add Image' to upload your desired image. Please ensure that the image you upload meets the minimum width requirement of 600 pixels. We support image file formats such as .jpeg, .jpg, .png, and .gif.

Our refund policy is as follows: If your press release is not accepted, or if you cancel your press release before distribution, we will issue a full refund of your payment. Once your press release has been distributed, refunds will no longer be available.

We currently do not offer press release writing services. Our main focus is on providing press release distribution services.
